Thurman Munson, New York Yankees catching legend, has signed this notebook page, along with 11 other Yankees from 1973. Munson, the Yankee Captain, hit .282 lifetime and won three Gold Gloves. The tough-as-nails backstop lost his life in August 1979 when the plane he was piloting crashed. A clutch player, Munson helped the Yankees to two World Series championships, hitting .373 in three World Series. He remains a popular Yankee icon.
