Original Type I photo capturing a throng of fans as they exit the Polo Grounds following a game, circa 1908. The crowd, which is exiting through the centerfield gate, is aware of the cameraman, as many are waving to him. It is interesting to note that it was customary at that time for fans to walk across the field after the game to leave the park, and a large contingent can be seen doing just that in the background. Two Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse. The photo (7x5”) remains in Excellent condition. Culled from the Legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive. PSA encapsulated as Type I Authentic.
