Mantle’s signature (7/10) adorns the sweet spot, while Maris’ (8/10) appears on the panel directly below. It should be noted that this is a “Haiti” ball, produced between the years 1984 and 1990. Maris died in 1985, making his signature on any OAL “Haiti” ball exceedingly rare. The ball displays moderate scattered age toning. Accompanied by a former JSA auction letter issued by a different auction house.
