New York Yankees ticket stub from a game against the Baltimore Orioles on April 23, 1960, in which Mickey Mantle recorded his 1,000th career run. Graded VG 3 by PSA. This is the ONLY example of this rare ticket stub graded by PSA. Mantle scored his career-milestone run in the first inning on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Moose Skowron. The run gave the Yankees a 2-0 lead which they never relinquished in their 3-2 victory over the Orioles. Mantle retired after the 1968 season with 1,676 career runs, which at the time ranked him 18th on the all-time list (he currently ranks 30th). All Mantle milestone tickets are highly desirable, and this is one of the most elusive.
