The New York Giants won the NFL East Division in 1962 with a record of 12-2, and offered is that season's TV and Radio schedule display. The Giants, coached by Allie Sherman, faced Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers in the Championship game (this was before Super Bowls) held at Yankee Stadium. The Giants lost to the Packers by a score of 16-7 on a frigid day so cold that the TV cameramen had to light bonfires to keep cold, and one cameraman developed frostbite. The cardboard stock 12x17.5" schedule shows all games were in the daytime for the Giants. The schedule is in Excellent condition, with marks on upper left corner. It has an unused cardboard stand attached on back. It will make a nice visual display of 1960s nostalgia.
