Collection of 25 either Yale or Harvard football tickets spanning the years 1896 to 1937. With just two exceptions, all were issued for games against Ivy League opponents, including 11 tickets for games between Yale and Harvard. Unless otherwise noted, all the tickets are stubs, with most measuring approximately 3x3”. Yale vs. Harvard (12): 1899, 1903, 1904, 1905, 1914, 1916, 1921, 1923, 1926, 1927 (tape repair on reverse to tear), 1929, and 1937 (full ticket, 5x2.25”, stamped “Not Redeemable," rain check is detached but present). Princeton vs. Harvard (2): 1896 and 1922. Brown vs. Harvard (1): 1924. Dartmouth vs. Harvard (1): 1927. Princeton vs. Yale (5): 1909, 1921, 1923, 1927, and 1932. Columbia vs. Yale (2): both 1934. Army vs. Yale (2): both 1932. Twelve of the tickets are affected by either creasing or paper loss on the reverse from having once been mounted in an album and are in Good condition overall. The remaining tickets are in Excellent condition overall.
