Exceptional 1961 Los Angeles Dodgers road uniform - shirt and pants - game used by Hall of Fame right-hander Don Drysdale. Perfect use shown on this gray masterpiece which has been graded a near-perfect MEARS A9.5, has Drysdale 61 chain stitched on front tail along with Spalding size 46 tag, which shows fraying at edges from use. Script Los Angeles is across the chest in blue felt with his 53 in red felt below; number is also on back in blue felt. Pants have Spadling tag in waist along with Set 1 1961, and Drysdale 38 33ins felt strip tag. Jersey is signed below the "Los" on front and pants are signed on right upper thigh, both in crisp blue marker. Drysdale was a solid performer both before and after the franchise's move from Brooklyn, recording a respectable 13-10 record with a 3.69 ERA in 1961. The following year, the 25-year old was masterful with a 25-9 record to win the Cy Young award and touch off a string of four consecutive seasons of 18 or more wins.
