Haunting content in this seemingly-innocent paperback copy of Walter Mosley's 2002 novel, "Bad Boy Brawly Brown." The well-worn copy had clearly made the rounds before reaching former NFL star and then-inmate Aaron Hernandez, who was awaiting trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd. Some chilling commentary in the All-Pro tight end's blue-pen written letter, across pages 216 and 217 and directed to "Cory," noting, "I can't wait to prove my innocence in court... I really am innocent and anxious for trial to come." Though he was acquitted in a different double-homicide case, Hernandez took his life while in his jail cell for the Lloyd conviction in 2017. Comes with PSA LOA.
