An original 1882 J. Wood Tug Wilson oversized boxing cabinet card.
Real
name Joe Collins, he started his career in the bareknuckle era and went on to
fight with gloves in the transitional one. He was hated by John L. Sullivan due
to his antics in the ring when the two met in July 1882. The card measures 22x18". It is in GD condition with a portion of
the upper left corner missing, a few creases and toning. A rare image of an
early boxing great.
