This spectacular Limited Edition replica Lombardi Trophy was presented to select VIP recipients by the St. Louis Rams after their thrilling 23-16 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV. The replica is made entirely of sterling silver and depicts a football atop an elongated plinth with three tapered, concave sides. Measures 17” high from base to top of football, 5” across each of the three sides at the bottom of the base, 4” across the triangular bottom from the front to the back tip. Football piece stretches 9” wide. Front of the trophy has the NFL logo and is engraved “Vince Lombardi Trophy,” “Super Bowl XXXIV Champions,” and “The St. Louis Rams.” Bottom of one shank is engraved “49 of 400.” Trophy has some spotting and tarnishing throughout the surface, at least some of which can likely be removed by cleaning. Comes mounted in a deep cushion interior of the original presentation box which is purple with a gold rendering of the Rams’ logo on the top of the box. The box has some paper loss and one panel has some separation but is intact. A remarkable piece from a remarkable team.
