Historic program from the "other team" in the 1919 Black Sox scandal, the World Series Champ Cincinnati Reds. Program measures 9x12" and was originally issued as 48 pages plus cover. This specimen shows its age of just over a century with edge tears, tape residue from attempts to secure the loose cover and some foxing evident. Unfortunately, four center pages are missing from this staple-bound edition, including the Reds' scorecard page. What remains, however is a pencil-scored page featuring the Chicago White Sox, featuring infamous names such as Jackson, Cicotte, Collins, and Weaver. Hard to tell which game this is from without its counterpart scorecard and the faint pencil scoring, but a classic nonetheless, even in FR condition.
