Not just one but two rare 1966 pendants commemorating the very first meeting of what was eventually to become known as the Super Bowl. Each football-shaped pendant is about 0.75" across and engraved, AFL vs NFL 1st World Championship 1966, Los Angeles Coliseum. Each is also stamped "LGB, 1/10 10K GF." In the first such championship clash of leagues, the NFL's Green Bay Packers dominated the AFL's Kansas City Chiefs in a 35-10 blowout; it wasn't until three years later that the game was first branded as the Super Bowl and utilized the iconic Roman numerals.
