Sparkling miniaturized version of the Stanley Cup presented to a member of the 1970-71 Montreal Canadiens, winners of the original that season. Similar to its full-sized model, this is engraved with names of members of that year's winning team and these were presented only to team members and executives, making this a rare opportunity though we are uncertain as to the original recipient of this particular example. Measures 13" high and 6" in diameter at the base, remains in EX condition with minor tarnishing and surface wear. Among the Habs' 24 Stanley Cup wins, this one was significant for the emergence of an unknown rookie goalie named Ken Dryden, who earned the Conn Smythe award as MVP of the playoffs as the start of a brilliant Hall of Fame career.
