Lot Description  

2-page signed contract on 8.5x13” pages for the formation of Joe Louis Enterprises, Inc., dated February 16, 1948. Created and signed shortly before Joe’s bloody and controversial decision over “Jersey” Joe Walcott. Signed in black ink “Joe Louis Barrow”. Some slight creasing on pages o/w perfect.
