1984-1985 Star Company Basketball #101 Michael Jordan Rookie Card graded and encapsulated by BGS VG-EX 4.  The card has sub-grades of centering 6 edges 5 corners 6 and surface 3.  This is the true rookie card of the NBA's GOAT.  1984-1985 was the Star Company's second annual release but included its most important rookie class.  In addition to Jordan, rookies of Olajuwon, Stockton, and Barkley were also included.  The cards were issued as team sets in clear plastic bags with and average of between 10-14 cards per team.  It is surmised that less than 8000 total sets were produced in 1984-1985 making this Jordan a true modern rarity.
