Educational, as well as offering the added bonus of "foreign style money", Topps produced an interesting issue called Flags of the World in 1970 - it was a topic that Topps visited many times since first appearing in the 50's.  The display box itself displays in high grade, save for one loose corner seam.  All 48 packs (the 5¢ version) are in minimally NM or better condition, and the box and packs themselves are guaranteed unopened by Steve Hart of BBCE.  The box and contents appear fresh and in essentially the same condition as when it sat on a store shelf a half-century ago. A great addition to any unopened non-sports collection.
