Very high grade unopened wax box of Donruss "Green Hornet" cards! The box houses 24 5¢ wax packs, each containing five cards (not stickers) and a stick of gum, for a total of 120 cards.  Issued in 1966, this 44-card set was produced to coincide with the ABC television series following the exploits of the Green Hornet, a masked, crime-fighting vigilante. The show was a hit during the two seasons it aired, and the Green Hornet remains a popular character to this day. This particular box is in exceptional condition, with only 2 small corner dings and a few scuff marks, and its lime-green colors and brightness appear as if it were manufactured just yesterday! To be sure, the 24 packs are all tightly wrapped and in minimally NR-MT condition, while the display box shows only the slightest handling wear.  Assessed and certified to be 'unopened' by Steve Hart of BBCE.  A superb complete wax box, appearing exactly as it would have on store shelves nearly fifty years ago - make it yours!
