Wonderfully preserved turf shoes, game worn in 1992 by defensive icon Reggie White. Black Nike high-tops are both stamped inside as size 14 and Made in Taiwan, and these remain in magnificent shape despite showing definite use, including unknown turf residue among the rubberized cleats underneath. Both are signed on the white swoosh and inscribed with the year (92), and John 3: 3-16 - not at all uncommon to cite scripture for the highly religious White, who became known as the "Minister of Defense" not only for his legendary ability, but for his status as an ordained Evangelical minister.
