All original 1968 road Pittsburgh Pirates jersey game worn by Mateo (Matty) Alou. Gray flannel vest-style top has Alou's 18 on the back and front and PIRATES sewn across the chest, all in black-on-yellow felt lettering. Spalding tag on the front tail with size 40 tag, also on front tail are washing instructions and Set 1 1968 tag and "Alou" sewn in black script. It is actually signed twice on front; once with "Mine (sic) 1968 Jersey Game" in blue marker on the bottom left front, and the other just a signature in black marker on the right side of the buttons. Part of the famed Alou brothers' trio (along with Felipe and Jesus), Matty won the NL batting title in 1968 and won his lone World Series with the Oakland A's in 1972.
