Amazing 1912 Type I photograph depicts survivors returning home after being aboard the RMS Titanic. Bowler hats punctuate the nattily-clad group, who are disembarking in Liverpool according to the pencil description on back. Photo is 6x8" with a small tear in top corner; further faint pencil notations include what appears to read, "Mr. Sanderson - White Star Lines," possibly in reference to Harold Sanderson, who was on the White Star Lines board and was the lone passenger on the liner's delivery trip from Belfast to Southampton (we are unable to determine whether he is in the picture). Rare photo also has stamps from Brown Brothers as this originates from their collection. Includes PSA LOA.
