Fine exhibit card of Tigers great Hank Greenberg, nicely signed in the bottom quarter with a ‘best wishes’ prefix. Card has softly rounded corners and his autograph has been certified ‘authentic’ by PSA/DNA. Card has a light, hand-scribed note on reverse that does not detract. Greenberg played primarily for the Detroit Tigers as a first baseman in the 1930s and '40’s and is widely considered one of the premier power hitters of his generation. Despite serving almost four years in the service during WW2 (during his prime playing years), Greenberg still hit 331 home runs lifetime. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1956. A very pleasing autograph of a great baseball all-star.
