A rare and beautiful uncut sheet of Topps’ Who-am-I issue from 1967, complete at 44 cards. Cards were made up of a combination of previously drawn images of presidents and famous persons in history (from Topps US Presidents and Look ‘n See sets), plus new artwork for more modern day personages. Cards of baseball stars Mantle, Ruth, Koufax and Mays are included. In fine condition with no issues along the top and bottom edges, and only slight creases and minor tears along the right and left edges. The sheet is blank-backed and retains the original hash marks used by Topps to aid in the print alignment process. Colors are clear and pronounced (as the disguises had not yet been applied) and cards are generally in great condition. A gorgeous piece, ready for framing and display, or otherwise added to your uncut sheet collection.
Came from longtime Topps editor and art director Woody Gelman's office.
