Before securing his legend with a Super Bowl victory in his final game, Peyton Manning still had something to prove in the 2006 season, from which these classic Reebok cleats originate. There's no size tagging, which makes sense as the inside of each tongue bears a "Custom made for Peyton Manning - 18" tag sewn in. Each is signed on the toe in silver Sharpie with "4 18" and "18 4" written inside each. They show great game use, with scuffs, dirt, and grass residue still embedded around the cleats. In 2006, one of the few accomplishments that had eluded Peyton was a Super Bowl title. Behind the Indianapolis Colts' high-powered offense, Manning took a 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI, with the quarterback silencing all critics with game MVP honors.
