The classic stationery of the "Brooklyn National League Baseball Club" along with their Ebbets Field address is enough to attract attention in this selection of six letters typewritten from 1935-38. All are written to Charles Navin of the Detroit Tigers, the family name of Navin Field. 1) Letter, signed by Business Manager John Gorman, dated 8-18-37. 2) From John Collins, 12-25-38. 3) Signed by FJ Shaughnessy on Montreal Royals letterhead, dated 10-16-35. 4) Signed John Gorman, 10-22-37. 5) John Gorman, 9-14-37. 6) Bob Quinn, 8-19-35. Most regard scheduling exhibition games, there are typical mail folds and some have staples or stray pencil marks, but these documents have been extremely well-preserved.
