Important British golfer Sir Nicholas Alexander Faldo MBE is a top player of his era, ranked No. 1, including 30 victories on the European Tour and six major championships: three Open Championships, and three Masters. This beautiful cream color cashmere sports jacket worn by Faldo, was from the 1997 Ryder Cup, which was held at the Valderrama Golf Club in Sotogrande, Spain. He was on the winning team, as the Europeans faced the Americans and won the competition by a margin of 14 1/2 to 13 1/2 to retain the Ryder Cup. The jacket is of incredible quality, made in Italy, cashmere with a silk lining. Hand-stitched on the jacket is an intertwined image of two flags (one is American) and the Ryder Cup.
