This great, 8x10" black and white photo of Yankee legend Lou Gehrig originated from the lens of George Burke. The glossy photo is very clear and from the 1930s, printed from the original negative with Burke's stamp on the verso along with a number "8" circled lightly in pencil. It has some creases and a tear (repaired with tape) at the upper right hand corner.
