Offered here is a rare Harold Anderson autographed photo; the Hall of Famer was a college men's basketball coach at Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo in Columbus, Ohio. As a coach he was one of the first to win more than 500 college games, he created and pioneered different styles of play, and developed many All-America athletes, including Nate Thurmond. He died in 1967 at the age of 65. Inscribed to Bill Schroder, of the Helms Hall Museum, and signed Harold "Andy" Anderson, vintage 1960s. He is wearing his college basketball shirt and holding his whistle. The oversized photo, 11x14", has some creasing in the upper right corner but the inscription and autograph are NRMT. From the collection of the esteemed Helms Hall Sports Museum and will come with letter of provenance/authenticity from Lelands.com.
