December 27, 1964, was a day of jubilation in Cleveland as the beloved Browns football team blasted the Baltimore Colts to win the NFL title, 27-0 - the last professional championship the city has won to date. These cufflinks and tie bar were given to the media who covered the game at Municipal Stadium that afternoon, and there were plenty of reporters on hand as this was the first nationally televised NFL Championship Game. The items feature the NFL logo and the word "CHAMPIONSHIP," while the tie bar also identifies the participants (BALTIMORE VS. CLEVELAND) as well as the year. Each of the items is in NRMT condition.
