A complete set of entry blanks to enter horses for all the handicaps and stakes races to be run at the Fall meeting of the Coney Island Jockey Club, this was used by owners and trainers to enter horses. The entry forms are completely intact, with no writing and in their original booklet. Most of the forms are dated with specific race notations for the Club's events. Top horses that competed were Miss Woodford and Monitor; Hall of Fame jockey James McLaughlin was the leading rider at the meet with nine wins. Another specimen not known to exist (EX condition).
