Created by our own Joshua Leland Evans Chairman of Lelands.com, entitled "Lou Reed Underground," this marvelous art piece is signed on the pick guard by the great Lou Reed and is literally covered with a montage/collage of vintage backstage passes from the 1980s and 1990s. The Fender Squire is plastered with passes to give it a great decorative look. Even the front neck is artfully done with portions of passes to create interesting "rows" of verse. Passes are from such bands as the Rolling Stones, KISS, Cheap Trick, Alice Cooper, Bad Company, B-52s, Tina Turner, Moody Blues, Joe Cocker, Lenny Kravitz, Nine Inch Nails, Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, Scorpions, Stone Temple Pilots, Phish, Horde, and more. Reed's autograph was obtained in person at Tower Records signing, and the back of the pick guard has a sticker denoting the time and place of the signing. Also comes with PSA/DNA Authentication, this is one of less than than ten he has completed and is signed and dated by the artist with the title of the piece. All of the passes are 100% vintage originals obtained directly by Leland's from the archive of Otto Printing and Entertainment, the dominant force in printing concert backstage passes and tickets to this day.
