Offered here are halters from two horses that called the Kentucky Horse Park home. Fan favorites retired to enjoy the good life, both Da Hoss and Cigar gave their allegiances enjoyment on the track and after standing at KHP. Da Hoss was a two time winner of the Breeders' Cup Mile (1996, 1998) and Cigar is generally regarded as one of the greatest thoroughbreds of all time, retiring with record earnings of $9,999,813 (since eclipsed by Curlin).
