This is a great memento from the first Breeders' Cup win in his illustrious career, when Jorge Velasquez rode Twilight Ridge to victory for D. Wayne Lukas and owner Gene Klein (also owner of the San Diego Chargers) in the 1985 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. That race marked just the second running of this historically-significant race. Consisting of an iron horse atop a green marble base, this weighty trophy stands 6.25" tall overall. A plate on the base is engraved, "Twilight Ridge Winner Second Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies Aqueduct November 2, 1985 Jockey: Jorge Velasquez." Comes with LOA from Jorge Velasquez.
