Presented is a signed and inscribed Jimmie Foxx PSA MINT 9 index card. Known as "the Beast" and "Double x", Foxx played 20 Major League seasons, mostly with the Philadelphia Athletics (1925-35) and the Boston Redd Sox (1936-42). The Hall of Famer was a versatile player who mainly played first base but also saw significant time at third base and catcher. Foxx was a 3-time NL MVP, a Triple Crown winner, a 2-time AL batting crown winner, and a 2-time World Champion. He batted a career .325, with 534 home runs. In 1932, he chased Ruth's single season home run mark of 60, with Double X winding up with 58 four-baggers. 

The blank card measures 3x5". Using blue fountain ink, Foxx inscribed and signed, "Kindest Regards 'Jimmie' Foxx". The card shows some slight darkening. The reverse is blank. The offering has been encapsulated and has a PSA/DNA CERTIFIED AUTO GRADE "MINT 9" (85643277). The offering is in EXCELLENT condition.
