The box lid shows two boys playing a simulated hockey like game. The front panel shows the emblems of the Maple Leafs, Red Wings, and Canadiens set against a yellow background with a dual image of two men playing hockey. The back panel has an advertisement for four flavored kiss bubble gum set against a white background. The side panels have an advertisement for NHL Hockey cards in English and French. The white box bottom has a few scattered creases as well as two staple marks with corresponding holes. The box itself exhibits moderate corner, edge, and shelf wear. The top die-cut appears punched. The box is sealed in shrink wrap.
