The exterior of this white Riddell helmet has red/blue/red  striping down the center, Patriot decals on the sides (peeling off at the tops), “40” on back in red, front bumper, and Riddell chinstrap. The interior contains five strip pads, ear pads, “04-77” time clock, “7 7/8” size decal, and 1977 Riddell sticker with “40” in vintage blue marker. Face mask present but disengaged as the bolts degraded. Completely original. Most likely used in training camp.
