The 1948 All-Star Game was co-hosted by the Browns and Cardinals at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis, which served as home to both ballclubs. The Browns were official hosts, and their American League club pulled out a 5-2 victory, thanks largely to pitcher Vic Raschi, who not only earned the win, but also drove in two of the runs. The press pin from that Midsummer Classic is cleverly in the shape of a baseball cap with brown brim. It is in NRMT condition with threaded post on the back. A true work of art.
