This Gold Record award was presented to Jason Cooper, who was the agent at Creative Arts Agency (CAA), to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of Capital Records "Book of Dreams" by the Steve Miller Band. Officially issued by the RIAA, it dates from the late 1970s. This was for the band's 10th album, which was critically acclaimed and had memorable artwork of Pegasus in flight. There is a label for "Wood Street Frame Shop" on the back, it measures 17x21.5" and is in EX-MT condition.
