A simply incredible lineup from Cuba, this is the Remedio Base Ball Club, Champions of the 1915 Federal League. Interestingly, the Federal League was so named for the Federal League in America of the same year. A rare assemblage of important Cubans HOFers & Negro Leaguers include: Jose Junco, Raul Lazaga, Bienvenido "Hooks" Jimenez, Jose Fernandez, Eliodoro "Jabuco" Hidalgo, G. Valiente, Rafael Almeida, G. Martinez, Julian "Fallanca" Perez, Rafael Figarola (manager), Manuel Cueto, Pelayo Chacon, Agustin Parpeti, Regino Garcia, and mascot. Postcards of this age and a team of this caliber are nearly impossible to find. The only one ever publicly offered, it is unposted and with excellent contrast; only some minor wear and paper loss.
