When Muhammad Ali came out of his forced retirement for refusing military induction, his first fight was in Atlanta against tough "Irish" Jerry Quarry. Ali stopped Quarry to start his comeback. Offered is an historic two page letter agreement for the proposed fight with Quarry on October 26, 1970. Dated September 8, 1970, this agreement has bold signatures of Muhammad Ali and Sports Action President Michael Malitz as well as a stamped signature of Ali attorney Chauncey Eskridge.
