Created by our own Joshua Leland Evans, Chairman of Lelands.com, this is entitled "Phresh Phish Alice Cooper." This wonderful art piece is covered with a collage of vintage backstage passes from the 1980s and 1990s. The Fender Squier Tele model is a good quality instrument plastered with passes from such bands as Allman Brothers, B-52s, Bee Gees, Bon Jovi, Santana, Tom Petty, Joan Jett, Hank Williams Jr., Moody Blues, Genesis, LA Guns, Nine Inch Nails, Michael Jackson, U2, Cheap Trick, and in a nod to the title of the work, shows the band Phish's memorable pass showing Godfather I thug Luca Brasi who "sleeps with the fishes." This is one of Evans' first two guitars he completed (if not THE first - he cannot remember exactly as he was recovering from illness at this time). This is one of about ten that he has so far completed and is signed and dated by the artist with the title of the piece and the year "2014." All of the passes are 100% vintage originals obtained directly by Leland's from the archive of Otto Printing and Entertainment, the dominant force in printing concert backstage passes and tickets still to this day.
