Collectors are well aware that there was no Ty Cobb card in the 1933 Goudey baseball set, yet there was a Nap Lajoie card who was also retired in 1933. But here is the "card that never was" - a 40" x 33" banner created by Arthur K Miller as part of a 2015 set created in mixed media on raw canvas, and 'antiqued' on both front and back. It is titled, dated and signed on the reverse.
