Back in 1904, the Brown shoe company and popular Buster Brown comic strip joined forces at the World's Fair and the two entities remained in business together for decades. Here's one of the fruits of their labors: an unused baseball with "BUSTER BROWN SHOES, A BROWN BILT SHOE" stamped on the sweet spot with "Melvin Ott" facsimile signature on a side panel. The ball features red and black stitching and is in EX-MT condition. The original box is missing its top flap but otherwise is VG.
