A piece we haven't seen before, this miniature-50 page booklet comes with menus for a hunting and fishing event entitled the "Thirteenth Annual Pilgrimage" to Trude Lake, Northern Wisconsin. There's a frontispiece with portrait of Charles Comiskey circa 1912, menus include stuffed lobster, alligator pears, wild turkey endive salad, quite an array of amazing dishes, sophisticated meals for a hunting trip. Witticisms include, "Then trust me there's nothing like drinking. So pleasant on this side of the grave, It keeps the unhappy from thinking and make the valiant more brave." There are pages upon pages of these type of quotes, the overall condition is VG-EX and measures 3x3.75".
