1948 was a tumultuous time for the Brooklyn Dodgers, with roster upheaval and the ouster of manager Leo Durocher. This official National League (Frick) baseball is NRMT but for a few small brown spots on two of the panels and contains 27 signatures, none of which are clubhouse. They include: Campy (rookie), Robinson, Furillo, Hodges, Erskine, Branca, Snider, Shotten, Reese and the rest of the gang. The signatures are in black ink and average 8/10. The relic originates from the Carl Erskine collection and comes with his signed LOA as well as a TJSA LOA.
