The afternoon of July 6, 1933, marked major league baseball's first-ever All-Star Game, during which the host American League defeated the senior circuit, 4-2 at Chicago's Comiskey Park. This program from that inaugural Midsummer Classic is unscored and free of any marks or writing. It has a VG appearance with a small tear at the bottom of the fold. Hall of Famers Connie Mack and John McGraw served as managers for the historic game, while Babe Ruth stole the spotlight with not only the first All-Star home run, but he also robbed Chick Hafey of a game-tying home run over the right field wall in the eighth inning.
