Half a century ago, this NRMT Sterling Silver tray was presented to the winning team behind Blue Thor, which captured the Lincoln Mall Purse at the venerable, 76-year-old Gulfsteam Park in Florida. The tray measures a little over 14" in diameter, features an ornate etched pattern and the following wording: "THE LINCOLN MALL PURSE GULFSTREAM PARK WINNER BLUE THOR TIME 1:42 1/5 OWNER: C.E. WILSON, TRAINER: T.H. HEARD JR. JOCKEY: JACINTO VAZQUEZ MARCH 26, 1965." There is a silver trademark etched on the back. Impressive and expressive.
