On October 1, 1952, Jackie Robinson hit the first World Series home run of his career. He hit the home run off of New York Yankees pitcher Allie Reynolds, to lead off the second inning of Game 1. Duke Snider and Pee Wee Reese also homered for the Dodgers. The Dodgers defeated the Yankees 4-2, and pitcher Joe Black became the first African-American pitcher to win a World Series game. This pair of tickets is from the historic game. The tickets measure approximately 4.125x2.25" and are in very good condition.
