1984 Topps Tiffany 8 Don Mattingly (R) card.  The card has been graded and encapsulated by PSA Gem Mint 10.  It has a colorful dual image of Mattingly with the main image set against an infield background.  The borders remain bright white while the edges are crisp.  Centering is perfect.  All four corners are sharp.  The reverse is bright and clean.  According to the population report, only 53 copies have achieved this great.
