Presented is the iconic January 14, 1968, Super Bowl II multi-signed photo display of legendary Green Bay Packers' coach Vince Lombardi, just after the Super Bowl II triumph, being carried off the Orange Bowl field in Miami, Florida, by two other Green Bay Packers' legends, Gerry Kramer and Forrest Gregg. Pro football Hall of Fame offensive linemen Kramer and Gregg both signed the photo and inscribed their uniform number. Lombardi did not sign the offering, but his signed bank check is included at the bottom of the display.

Super Bowl II had the Packers defeated the Oakland Raiders by 33-14. The Packers had touchdowns by Donny Anderson, Boyd Dowler, and Herb Adderly and four field goals by Don Chandler. The color photo was taken by Neil Liefer of Sports Illustrated via Getty Images, and the photo was on the cover of Sports Illustrated in its January 22, 1968, issue.  The signed photograph measures approx. 15.5x19.2", matted and framed to 22.75x30.75". The Lombardi signed check measures 3x8". It is a "Green Bay Packers" check, as is machine printed on the top of the check. The check is dated "4-18-59", in the amount of $16.30. The check is written on the Kellog-Citizens National Bank of Green Bay. On the lower left side of the check, a raised piece of cut paper, apparently affixed to the check at a later point in times, reads, "Kellog-Citizens Bank, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The foregoing affixed section is most likely because the previous bank changed ownership, and the new bank name was affixed over the bank's previous name.

Gerry Kramer signed the check in blue, fine-tip marker, adding "#75". Forrest Gregg also signed the check in fine-tip blue marker, adding his uniform number "64". Both signatures are big and bold, and neatly scripted. Lombardi's signature on the check is in neatly written in blue ink. The offering comes with a PSA/DNA COA for the signatures of Kramer and Gregg (Cert. Number J 42546). The display weighs eight (8) lbs. The multi-signed display is in EXCELLENT condition.
