Three George Gipp photographs from undated Notre Dame at Nebraska game. George Gipp had a tremendous career and played Nebraska all three years he was at Notre Dame (1918, 1919, 1920). Fresh to market from single family ownership, each photograph has been hand labeled by the consignor's grandfather and includes "George Gipp Downs Tackler at Neb." (PSA Encapsulated Type 1); "Over the Nebraska Line" (PSA Encapsulated Type 1); and "Hitting the Dummy" (Ungraded/could not confirm Gipp was in the photo). Each measures 3x5" and all were originally in a photo album; residue from previous display and staple holes noticed on each. Scotch tape noticed on right edge of one. Each encapsulated example is accompanied with PSA LOA.
